Directly placed after the coathing machine in the production line.This machine can be placed after roller coating machine or curtain painting machine.The work piece will be dried deirectly.Avoid the trouble of moving work piece.

The coatingsurface is shining with good hardness.The machine adopts imported high quality UVlamp and reflect board.The radiation intensity can board can reflect 99% UV light.There are high intensity capacitance and transformer,enhancing the stability of the UV lamp.

Transmission adopts Teflon,stainless steel  belt or rollers with cooling system.The temperature comtroller adjusts the chamber temperature to avoid the chamber deformed under high temperature.

There are radiation shields in UV-Chamber sides,entrance and exit to effectively avoid leak of UV light.
